To prepare the right portion, simply cut off the piece of the sausage that we want to thaw. The rest should be put into a zip-lock bag (or another that can be sealed tightly) and put back in the freezer.
Our frozen chicks come exclusively from controlled sources, ensuring their unparalleled quality. Immediately after hatching, they are humanely euthanized using CO2, then quickly cooled and deeply frozen, which guarantees the preservation of their excellent condition.
