- Frozen quails 40/80g 10pcs [package]
Frozen Quails S 40/80 g – 10 pcs; approx. 0.6 kg
Small, whole frozen quail (40–80 g) is an excellent choice as a first whole prey meal. We especially recommend this product for cats who are just beginning their journey with natural feeding. Thanks to their size, Frozen S quails are also suitable for smaller dogs and carnivorous exotic pets.
Ecological origin of our quails
All frozen quails sold in our store come from ecological farms. This ensures high meat quality and the absence of harmful additives. These frozen quails are a clean, natural food source for pets, including snakes, dogs, and cats.
A food rich in protein and micronutrients
Quails are rich in valuable nutrients. This food contains as much as 22% protein and 8% fat, supporting muscle and bone development, as well as the overall immunity of animals. Quail meat is a great alternative to chicken, duck, and other common pet food proteins.
Safety and quality of frozen foods
Animals sold in our store are euthanized using carbon dioxide (CO₂), which is one of the most humane methods and complies with current regulations. It does not affect the meat quality or the nutritional value of the carcass. The quails are then chilled, deep-frozen, and packaged in a way that allows for easy portioning.
Convenient portioning of frozen foods
Thanks to individually frozen carcasses, there is no need to defrost the entire package before portioning. You can, for example, remove a single bird for a cat. Each package contains 10 pieces, which equals approximately 0.6 kg of quail.
Quail: meat and bones. Number 1 in the cat food category
Quails are perfect as whole prey for cats and dogs. For cats, they are an ideal meal that mimics their natural diet. Dogs also tend to prefer quail over chicken or duck. In addition to being used as whole prey for cats, frozen quails are also recommended for monitor lizards, birds of prey, many snake species, and certain lizards.
