§2 Promotion Duration
The promotion is valid from the date of its announcement until March 31, 2026, 23:59, or until stocks of the promotional products are exhausted.
§3 Products Covered by the Promotion
The promotion applies to the product:
WHOLE PREY complete cat food 400 g available in the Raw PetFood online store.
§4 Promotion Rules
1. During the promotion period, a WHOLE PREY 400 g can is available at the promotional price of PLN 19.99 per piece regardless of the selected set.
2. In the case of purchasing a package of 12 × 400 g or 24 × 400 g, the delivery cost within Poland is covered by the promotion organizer.
3. Free delivery applies only to orders that include WHOLE PREY cans covered by the promotion. If other products (e.g., frozen products) are added to the cart, the standard delivery cost according to the store's price list will apply.
4. The promotion is valid only in the Raw PetFood online store.
5. The promotion applies only to shipments within Poland. Free delivery is provided exclusively via GLS or DPD courier services. Other delivery methods are not included in the promotion.
§6. Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract
In the event of withdrawal from the contract or product return, the rules specified in the Organizer's online store regulations apply. If, as a result of the return, the order no longer meets the Promotion conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to charge the standard delivery cost in accordance with the applicable price list.
§7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted electronically to: kontakt@raw-petfood.pl. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
§8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are available on the store's website for the entire duration of the Promotion. In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of the online store regulations and applicable Polish law shall apply. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
